  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Bell Peppers diced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cup Chicken Broth or vegetable broth for vegetarian version
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Thyme fresh or dried
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper To taste
